The authors analyzed the relationship between students, teachers, employer companies and management bodies, presented the functions of each target audience and considered the tasks of planning work, regulating the needs of employers, creating educational programs and the degree of readiness of students for self realization. In connection with the shortage of personnel, the Center for Competence and Career Development is reorienting employment to a new model that integrates employers into scientific and educational processes and ensures the promotion of the effective use of labor of university graduates. Centers can now themselves involve employers in educational institutions as industrial partners to provide personnel to priority sectors, increase labor productivity, and develop working conditions for young specialists.
