Sociocultural system-value basis in the professional and ethical training of teachers

The article discusses the training of teachers and graduate students of higher medical schools and other non-core universities under the program of additional professional education «Teacher of higher school». Identify and justify the level of theoretical and practical training of teachers, in which the problem of forming communicative competence is considered, and, on this basis, define what should be the professional ethics training. Outlined and summarized are findings on implementation in the educational process of the university innovative educational technologies, with the aim of forming professional ethical culture of the teacher. One of the indicators of formation of professional ethical culture of the teacher is communicative competence.
