Human rights social and cultural context: «East - West» cultures dialogue

The article is devoted to the social and cultural challenges of the human rights realization within the East - West dialogue. The author pays attention to the eastern cultures basic values which determine the individual rights perception and realization different from those of the West, and the essence of reaching the balance in the relations between an individual and society on the basis of the peoples' cultural originality.
