Sociological diagnostics of problem situations in organization management

The article highlights the issues of sociological diagnostics of problematic situations in the management of an organization. The essence of the concepts «organization», «organization management system», which demonstrate their multi-level and procedural nature, are disclosed. The main characteristics of sociological diagnostics as a social technology are described. The diagnostic capabilities of electronic document management as a source of collecting diagnostic information in the organization management system are disclosed. It is concluded that a productive approach to the sociological diagnosis of problematic situations in the management of an organization is a situational-systemic approach that allows to analyze the existing problematic situation in the management of an organization, its forecast and ways to resolve it.
