Socionomic understanding management in social work

The article deals with the management of social work as a specific part of the management and the use of «program approach» to improve the quality and the optimum development of this sphere. Management in social work, being flexible in the community management system that effectively regulates the social position of all members of society to ensure the satisfaction of their vital needs and improve their quality of life. Socionomic understanding of management in modern social work positions indicates the urgent need for a comprehensive study of the entire set of factors that influence the effectiveness of its functioning. This is of paramount importance organizational, structural, functional, professional and epistemological status of social work management. At the present time it requires a major change in the management of social work: the transition from traditional management to progressive management, special training of managers, managers of social work.
