The socionormative model of culture and improvement the mechanisms of implementation of the state cultural policy

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the applied potential of the socionormative model of culture for structuring technological chains of actions that ensure the planned result in the field of political communication. The purpose of the article is to explicate the theoretical model into the practical field of political communication. By the method of graphic schematization of social communication processes associated with the formation and use of normalizing and regulating attitudes in the activity, the specifics of the three levels of legal culture, their dialectical dialogical relationship and dependence on the patterns of spatial and environmental orientation of elements of socio cultural systems in social practices are presented. It is proved that the model of socionormative regulation of culture allows schematizing the cycle of regulatory and directive management of legal culture in political communication, which greatly simplifies the procedures of planning, decision making and designing technological chains of actions that ensure the planned result.
