Content support of competencies' Formation of future e-sports' coaches in education process of university

The development of computer technology and gaming industry have led to the emergence of new sports, including sports programming and esports. At the same time, in this area there is a shortage of specialists capable to educate future coaches in esports. The purpose of the study is to describe the content support for the formation of competencies of future esports' coaches in the education process of a university. The authors study the experience of implementing the main professional educational program in the direction 49.03.04 Sports (Bachelor degree), profile “Sports' training in esports” at the university of Physical Culture. To achieve the goal, the authors analyzed the regulatory documents and scientific literature on the topic. As a result, the standards and guidelines in the issue under consideration were studied, regulatory documents were analyzed, the existing research on the topic of the development of esports was investigated and summarized. The authors synthesized the experience of organizing higher education in training personnel for the field of physical culture and sports, that prepare the coaches in the sphere of esports. Recommendations to improve the educational program to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market were offered.
