Substantive aspects of preparing future teachers for organization of joint educational activity of school children

The aim of the study is to analyze the content of future teachers training for the organization of joint educational activity of school children. The problems to be solved in the article include: clarification of concepts of “Educational activity”, “Joint educational activity”; coverage of the projected content and the predicted results of future teachers training in accordance with the competency model of a graduate for the organization of the joint educational activity of children; consideration of problems of future teachers preparing for organization of joint ed-ucational activity of students and ways to solve these problems; coverage of the experience of future teachers preparing for the implementation of this type of activity. The article identifies the results of a survey of practicing teachers on the issue of their professional readiness to organize joint educational activity of school children, sub-stantiates the need for future teachers to form the ability to organize joint educational activity of school children. Based on the disclosure of the components of the formed competence, the role of a number of academic disciplines and industrial practices in the preparation of future teachers for the organization of joint educational activity of school children at Surgut State Pedagogical University is highlighted. The role of extracurricular activity in academic disci-plines, curatorial activity in the formation of bachelors’ readiness to organize joint educational activity of school children is shown in the article.
