Соотношение депрессии как нозологии и психологических особенностей депрессивной личности

Введение. Исследователи депрессии как нозологии больше внимания уделяют внешним факторам, а исследователи психологических особенностей депрессивной личности больше внимания уделяют предикторам. Мы предполагаем, что необходимо обратить внимание на соотношение факторов и предикторов депрессии и психологических особенностей депрессивной личности, так как на этой основе можно выявить психологические закономерности, которые позволят прогнозировать конкретный вид депрессии, обусловленный личностными особенностями. Целью статьи является обоснование соотношения факторов и предикторов депрессии как нозологии и психологических особенностей депрессивной личности в контексте анализа теоретических взглядов по проблеме исследования депрессии. Методы исследования. Поиск и отбор источников информации осуществлялся в электронных базах и библиотеках (Elibrary, Cyberleninka, Sci-hub, РГБ). Источники группировались по схожести позиций, высказанных авторами статьи, и подвергались теоретическому анализу. Результаты. Анализ различных теоретических подходов выявил ряд соотношений факторов и предикторов, обуславливающих депрессию. В результате были выделены условно три группы: 1) биологические и социальные факторы и предикторы (свойства и качества депрессивной личности) депрессии; 2) депрессивные свойства личности или особенности темперамента являются предикторами депрессии (депрессия как нозология отличается широким спектром проявления ее форм); 3) взаимная обусловленность депрессии как нозологии и депрессивных свойств личности. С одной стороны, депрессивные свойства депрессивной личности способствуют развитию депрессии или делают человека более восприимчивым к травматическим события и другим обстоятельствам способствующим развитию депрессии. С другой стороны, сформировавшаяся депрессия оказывает влияние на развитие качеств депрессивной личности. Заключение. Анализ соотношения факторов и предикторов депрессии как нозологии и психологических особенностей депрессивной личности позволяет сформулировать гипотезу о том, что эти два взаимосвязанных феномена определяют третий элемент системы - спектр депрессивности различной интенсивности.
