Comparative experience of revealing the semantic specific features of the lexicalization of the terms (based on the juridical terminology)

The article deals with the specific features of the lexicalization of the terms in the different structured languages to define the subject of the adaptation of the terms in the borrowed language and their translation into the other language. The research proves the transformation of the word combinations in the process of functional refocusing into the term combination - a separate significant fixed combination in the function of the nomination of the concept or phenomenon of a definite subject category.
