Maintaining psychological safety of a person in higher education

Introduction. The studies of psychological and information psychological security in education focus on the examination of the antecedent events and results associated with psychological safety and its violations, but little attention is paid to the ways and steps of ensuring and developing psychological safety at different levels of the educational organization. The purpose is to outline the directions and technologies of maintaining psychological support for the subjects in higher education. Results and Discussion. Psychological safety is an integrative state of confidence of the subjects of education that they will not be punished, degraded, ostracized for their values, visions and sufferings, behavior patterns, dangers and failures, and achievements. Psychological safety in education means that people feel comfortable being themselves, aware and realizing themselves as individuals and as members of one group / community. They are fully included in the educational process, have transparent and harmonious relations with other subjects of education. The lack of psychological security in the university has serious negative consequences, including a decrease in the quality of education and a general degradation and destruction of the organization. This evidently demonstrates the problems of digitalization of education related to deformity and destruction of interrelations at a university. Conclusions. Strengthening psychological and information psychological safety of education is essential for security and development of the society. Despite the fact that psychological safety seems an intuitive concept, it is quite difficult to achieve it on a university scale, since this problem and its solution have great resonance, consequences for all levels and components of the educational system. All parties seek for effective participation in providing safe and optimal educational process.
