State of the flow and methods of its cultivation in the corporate culture of Russian companies

The scientific article presents the results of the analysis of the features of the formation of the flow state in the management of the effectiveness of the labor activity of the personnel. The relevance of the study is due to the high practical role of the state of the flow of a person on the level of quality of his professional activity and solving labor problems. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the concept and theory of the "state of the flow". The advantages that are formed due to the state of the flow of the company's employees are determined. Recommendations are proposed that should be applied when forming the flow state of the company's personnel within the framework of the corporate culture of the organization.
