Collaboration between the People’s Republic of China and Kazakhstan in the sphere of higher education: the problems and their solutions

The article deals with the characteristics of the collaboration of the People’s Republic of China and Kazakhstan in the sphere of higher education in the field of the joint training of the students, the interuniversity exchange and the development of Confucius Institute in Kazakhstan. There are revealed the problems of this collaboration, there are studied their reasons and the corresponding ways of their solution. The author demonstrates the prospects of the development of the collaboration between the People’s Republic of China and Kazakhstan in the sphere of higher education.
