Cooperation of the museum and educational institutions as a factor of formation and development of cultural competence of students: summonses and perspectives

The article states the contradiction between the increasing importance of cultural competence for the full life of the individual in the modern world and lack of readiness of the educational system to create conditions for its comprehensive development. Problems of formation and development of cultural competence are understood in close connection with those challenges and the contradictions faced by the participants of the educational process at the present stage. In this regard, the idea of the expediency of cooperation of the museum and educational institutions in view of the possibility of enriching the pedagogical process with unique cultural practices, in which students are included as active subjects of activity. The author refers to their own experience of participating in the training of future cultural scientists in close cooperation between the university and museum institutions. On this basis, the most productive forms of their interaction are identified, contributing to the formation and development of a broad general cultural and professional outlook, corresponding skills and abilities of students, and, indirectly, increasing their degree of inculcation and socialization.
