Improvement of the safety system for non-public railway transport

The paper reflects the state of traffic safety and operation of non-public railway transport in the current period. The reasons for security violations and the occurrence of traffic accidents are highlighted. The main task is to optimize legislation in the field of supervision and control in order to balance the requirements for all participants in the transportation process. A number of measures have been proposed to improve the safety system for non-public railway transport.
