The Current State of the Problem of Forming the Professional and Communicative Readiness of Internal Affairs Offi cers at the Training Center

The formation of professional and communicative readiness is one of the most important tasks in the training of employees of internal affairs bodies. The study of the scientifi c problem in the context of time contributes to the systematization of accumulated experience and allows us to obtain data for further improvement of the system of professional training of employees of internal affairs bodies in the conditions of a tense international situation, new threats to the security of the Russian Federation, along with a shortage of personnel and compressed training periods. A systematic approach to the problem under consideration determines the need to study the current stage in the following areas: the formation and development of the system of personnel training in the internal affairs bodies, the emergence and development of research in the fi eld of communication, and the study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of professional and communicative readiness among employees of the internal affairs bodies. The current state of the problem is characterized by an increase in the role of professional and communicative readiness.
