Актуальность диагностики и лечения пострадавших с тяжелыми внутрисуставными переломами дистального метаэпифиза большеберцовой кости (далее - ДМЭБК) определяется, в первую очередь, большим удельным весом неудовлетворительных анатомо-функциональных результатов, достигающим у пациентов этой категории, по данным различных авторов, 15 - 28% [1, 2].
