The main world sunflower oil producers and exporters are defined. The place of Russia in world rating of sunflower oil production and export is determined. The problems and the tendencies of sunflower oil market devel-opment in Russia had been studied with regard to the increase of the customer demand at world market. The geogra-phy of the export and the import of Russian sunflower oil are studied. The dynamics of the sunflower oil production is analyzed and the regions-producers are defined. The process of integration of Russian fat and oil market is charac-terized.
