Modern instrumental methods of study of functional status of lymph nodes in women after radical surgery for malignant pelvic tumors (review)

The article presents an overview of the published data dedicated to contemporary instrumental approaches to the diagnosis of the functional status of the lymph nodes in women after radical surgery for malignant tumors of the pelvis. The criteria of pathological changes differentiation of lymph nodes in currently used imaging techniques are reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of different X-ray and radioisotope methods of the lymph nodes and lymph flow assessment in the pelvis are discussed.
