В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к диагностике и определению индивидуального профиля риска у больных острым коронарным синдромом без подъема сегмента ST. Представлены основные принципы определения выбора той или иной стратегии лечения и временные интервалы для ее проведения. Изложены технические особенности выполнения интервенционного лечения в данной группе пациентов, обсужден выбор того или иного метода реваскуляризации миокарда.
