Present-day approaches to formation of a professional adaptation system for technological university students

Fundamental changes in labour markets demand significant modifications to the way specialists are trained (including engineering institutions). A few challenging aspects of a problem form as a result of the process and they require in-depth study. One of the relevant problems is the ability of graduates to adapt to working conditions as quickly as possible. The article discusses system formation methods for professional adaptation of students in higher education.
