Current trends of food supply in the regions of the world

Considering the ongoing global food crisis the issues of food security are especially relevant. The article reviews the contemporary state of the food supply in the world. The authors reveal the current trends in change of the malnutrition scale with application of not only an indicator of energy value of nutrition, but also intake of protein, microelements, as well as indicators describing the aftereffects of the malnutrition in the regions of the world.
