Modern trends in corporate education development

The main forms of the Russian corporate education of the recent 20 years are observed in the paper. The autor shows the supplimentary staff training in the field of construction or housing and communal services is organized by many companies only with special departments of high engineering schools. The reasons are the disunity of construction field and a large amount of small enterprises.
