The article is devoted to features of national nanotechnology network in Russia. The basic elements of its structure are identified and described. Their classification is offered. The author considers their role in the overall mechanism of nanoindustrialisation. The function and value of administrative, academic and private sector at different stages of the innovation process are disclosed.
