Modern culturological type of education and the future of Russian society

The article substantiates the unsuitability of the liberal "culturological type of education" for solving the problems of forming an educated, creative, physically healthy individual able to take part in the development of state and society on the basis of sovereignty, independence and unity of the existing federal order. The "culturological type of education", which is based on such concepts as the "free choice of oneself", "construction of personal image", "input into personality", "own world of values", aids the formation of a marginal personality that lives in own culture and has no place in the social projects of Russia''s development. The author points out that the innovative concepts that modern liberal education is based on destroy the formation of a social individual possessing moral conscience, a creative individual able to solve the issues of their physical and spiritual health in accordance with the values of state and society development.
