Modern approach to evaluation of enterprise labour potential

Critical analysis of applied methods of labour potential conditions evaluation is carried out in the article, groundlessness of these methods for solving many management problems is shown. On the basis of modern view of the essence of labour potential application of an index method of resources and method of test questions for evaluation of its condition is given proof. The computation algorithm is provided, levels of labour resources condition are marked out, advantages and disadvantages of the offered methods are elicited.
