Establishment and activities of agronomic organization of Taurian province (1890-1914)

The article deals with the process of agronomical organization establishment in Taurida Province and subsequent assistance of its activity by the local and state bodies. Existing projects of its operation, the process of invitations extended to district and divisional agronomists, as well as programs of their work were analyzed. It was found out that the most successful period of agronomical management lasted from 1910 till 1914. During this period, the land-utilization committees guided by Stolypin’s agrarian reforms divided the Province into agronomical lots and established agronomical centers.
