Creation of the research and innovative educational environment in higher schools as a condition of formation of the educational and research space

The article deals with the creation of the research and innovative educational environment in universities. It presents the foundations for the formation of the innovative infrastructure in the universities, which would contribute to the development of competitive specialists having innovative qualities and skills. The author proposes preconditions for development of the research and innovative educational environment that will ensure the integration of academic, extracurricular, research, innovation activities and promote socio-psychological readiness of future specialists for innovative changes.
