Special bases for early termination of a lease agreement

The article examines the special grounds for early termination of the lease stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The content of some terms used in Art. 619 and Art. 620 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The fundamental problems, conditions, consequences of early termination of the contract in the interests of the lessor and tenant through the prism of judicial practice are identified. Key issues related to compliance with the procedure for early termination of the contract are considered.
