Special regime of danger of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles: theoretical and legal justification

The article analyzes the factors that can form the basis for the formation of a new special legal regime of the danger of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles. To do this, the author examines the regulatory framework governing a number of aspects related to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and mechanisms to counter them in case of illegal use in emergency situations, sabotage, terrorist attacks, and terrorist attacks. The advanced regional lawmaking is noted in terms of legal regulation of protection against illegal use of UAVs. The prerequisites for the creation of a new special regime of the danger of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles are indicated. The steps for the possible establishment of a special legal regime of the danger of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles are determined. In conclusion, it is concluded that the synthesis of existing practical knowledge and general theoretical ideas determines the formation of this special legal regime.
