The article discusses issues related to the analysis of contemporary conceptual approaches to the care and education of music performers in high school, clarifying the content of the educational process in the field of performing arts, the definition of effective forms and methods of daily artistic and educational activities aimed at the formation of student-performance culture musicians. Attention is drawn to the importance of student-centered, productive, active, creative and developmental, artistic, educational, spiritual and formative approaches, which largely represent the paradigm of student-performance culture artists. Reveals the importance of applying the principles of focus and interest in the various ‘creative workshops’ (vocals, conducting, instrumental performance).
