This article looks at the specifics of formation of skills in the process of training directed theatrical performances and festivals in high school. Article deals with the problems of training bachelors of the profession with the new educational standards. The influence of modern trends in the activities of the directors of this direction. Directorial skills are presented based on the specific professional activity. Draws attention to the analytical work, as an integral part of professional activity theatrical performances and festivals, which is inextricably linked with the assessment, analysis, transformation and reproduction of information received. It is concluded that, due to changes in educational standards, should be adjusted methods of teaching special subjects in this area of training. This article presents the future prospects and the expected path of development in this area of research.
