The article deals with defining the concept of artistic and pedagogical work in the field of orchestral Ensemble Performance children. Highlights the fact that children''s orchestral team can and should provide educational and creative laboratory, school of mastery in which sense, interest, knowledge - the original elements and motives, needs, assessment - derivatives. In the center (between them) is activator motivational zone - associative thinking of the child. Pay close attention to the formation of not only the educational environment of students with the orchestra, but - and the nature of the activity- children. Highlighted the main types of artistic and creative perception, causing the effectiveness of artistic and pedagogical work in musical groups, of successive and simultaneous. We study a factor of socialization beginning musicians. Gets justification thesis that children''s orchestra - a kind of aesthetic vseobuch that activating auditory- visual (listening to music, visiting exhibitions, museums, monuments of culture and others). And auditory - motor (direct performance of music) performances, promotes awareness of orchestral and artistic and creative activities of the participants. We prove the effectiveness of the following methods of artistic and pedagogical work (shifting attention /internal, external/ changing artistic activity, interdisciplinary communication varied in genre and stylistic repertoire). Expands the significance of their complex applications, which is an important factor in improving the orchestral Ensemble Performance in children''s groups additional system of music education.
