Specifics and development process of non-state higher education in modern China

Non-state higher education institutions are an important central point for the reform and development of the system of higher education on the whole. The article deals with the description of the development process of the non-state higher education institutions. There are considered their specific features from the perspective of ranking, the regional state and the classification of occupations in them depending on the social and economic development, the historical and cultural conditions and the legislative policy of the country.
