The article summarizes experience of working with students with different functional organization of cerebral hemispheres. The importance of the success as a pedagogical tool of keeping the interest to the learning process is considered. The specific features of cognitive characteristics of students with different hemispheric asymmetry is studied. The authors present the methods of individual work with right-brain and left-brain students at the lessons of Russian language and literature reading.
