The article deals with the unique character of the structures of the integrated individuality of boys and girls of teenage years who are musically gifted and good at music. There are studied the different approaches to the research of the talent, there are revealed the criteria of music talent. There are presented the results of the empirical study of the individuality of the teenagers who are musically gifted and talented that was conducted in the context of the concepts of the integrated sex and gender psychology.
