«Reason» lexeme: specific character of semantic filling in lingua-scientific texts and possibilities of its translation into Russian

The present article considers a «reason» nuclear lexeme functioning, as well as realization of the base values of the given lexeme in scientific texts of a linguistic orientation. The author analyzes the translators' methods used to interpret the meaning of the «reason» nuclear lexeme in Russian.
