The specificity of the interaction of an employee of the client service of the pension fund with the psychologist in the prevention of professional burnout

In this article the specialists of the customer service, who carry out professional activities with risk groups, are considered as a risk group, because they are most prone to burnout syndrome. The article reveals their interaction with a psychologist in the prevention of this syndrome. Training is considered as one of the most important tools of professional burnout prevention.
