Speculative corporate merges and absorption as significant reason of negative economic and social consequences

In article the economic and social problems caused by implementation by owners of the equity of speculative projects of a direct investment are considered. It is shown that absorption of the target companies in the speculative purposes lead to growth of depressive sector of economy and resultant forcing of institutional and social problems. The last are expressed by decrease in level and quality of life of the able-bodied citizens and their families dependent on efficiency of functioning of the entities employers. Institutional problems are expressed by growth of shadow sector of economy as informal institute and the criminality influencing quality of life of citizens. It is shown that development of a national economic mechanism for the purpose of increase of its capability to stimulate reproduction of exclusively strategic corporate merges and absorption is an important task.
