Controversial aspects of antimonopoly regulation and competition in notary activity

The article discusses the controversial aspects of the regulation of notarial actions by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The key components of this phenomenon, its main features and legal regulation are analyzed. The essence and the process of formation of notary tariffs, as well as judicial practice in emerging disputes are investigated. The author comes to the conclusion about the incompatibility of the concepts of "competition" and notarial activity" due to the contradiction of the main directions and goals of the legislation on the notary.
