Sports-informational coachs competence as a necessary component of sports training

It is impossible to imagine modern sport without informational technologies. The thing is that informational technologies allow to optimize managing training process. The leading role in the organization of sports training belongs to a coach and his (her) competences. So, in connection with this statement a mathematical model of sports-informational coach's competence has been worked out. It allows to define the quantitative index of the formation of the coach's competences.
