The comparative assessment of milk quality in connection with the differences in dairy productivity, digestive status condition and interior indicators of cows under different management conditions

Scientific and economic experiment has been carried out at the dairy complex of the collective farm 50 years of the USSR, Vologda District, Vologda Region in winter 2010. The research has been made by the method of group-periods with the time span of 30 days. The total population of the cows used in the experiment came to 60 heads. To make the research the models of the studied rations fully corresponding the set of feeds and mass concentration of each feed has been created. The analysis of the experiment results has proved the assumption that there is a rather stable interrelation between the level of milk productivity of cows, technological properties of milk, blood biochemical indices, and the level of digestive status, meanwhile most indices have witnessed an inverse dependence.
