Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness of Using Digital Technologies in Teaching Chinese

This work covers a systematic study of Russian academic papers published between 2020 and 2025 that explore the integration of digital tools into the teaching of Chinese to students. The primary objective is to analyze the practical evidence of the effectiveness of specific technological solutions (including AI-based systems, virtual/augmented reality technologies, mobile educational applications, and interactive learning systems) in enhancing language skills. Through a comprehensive review of relevant academic sources, this study aims to provide insights into the impact of technology on improving students’ writing, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication abilities in Chinese. The study shows that maximum effectiveness can be achieved by integrating technological solutions into a comprehensive educational methodology that combines classical pedagogical practices with modern digital developments, creating an individualized and natural environment for language learning. The study analyzes the strengths and limitations of electronic educational resources and identifies the obstacles to their implementation in the Russian education system. Special attention is given to the potential of online educational activities and combined learning formats.
