We investigated the genesis of the process of generalization in preschool and primary school age, consisting in the fact that the participants, by comparing the general features distinguish groups of subjects of the experimental materials, taking advantage of anticipation. The number of the children participated in the ascertaining experiment was 146. The primary comparative analysis of the experimental results suggests that with a good starting selection of the classification criteria at an early age (4-6 years), demonstrating the potential of Samara children in future they have intellectual retardation in comparison with the Geneva peers. The reason is the insufficient intellect development on the representative regulation stage in preschool and primary schools.
