This article presents a data analysis on the chemical composition and nutritional value of feed harvested in the Vologda region in 2024-2025. The aim of this work is to evaluate the energy value, protein and carbohydrate profile, as well as organic acid amount in succulent feeds harvested in 2024-2025. The results have been compared to the standards established by GOST R (State Standard Russia) 55986-2022, as well as to other current regulations defining the quality standards for cattle feeds. Zootechnical analysis has been carried out in accordance with GOST 31640-2012 to assess the nutritional feed value. The chemical analysis of the feeds has been performed under the following regulatory documents: GOST 32011.1-2012, GOST 31675-2012, GOST ISO 16472- 2014, and GOST ISO 13906-2013. The analyzed succulent feeds have high energy value and safe acidity, which shows their advantage. The net energy content of lactation ranges from 4.57 to 6.15 MJ/kg DM, indicating a high energy value of the feeds. There is a sugar increase from 1.01 to 1.92% DM in silages and from 2.69 to 4.77% DM in haylages, which positively affects the energy value and fermentation. Crude fiber concentrations range from 27.72 to 29.37% DM, while neutral detergent fiber concentrations range from 49.49 to 55.53% DM, which may indicate decreased overall organic matter digestibility and, consequently, reduced feed utilization efficiency. Active acidity is within the acceptable range (4.12 to 4.49), thus it reduces the risk of acidosis associated with critical acidification.
