The specificty of coherence translation in scientific text (on the data of the English scientific article and its Russian translation)

The article is devoted to the specificity of translation of coherence as a typological parameter of the scientific text in the target text. In the paper the factors of the scientific text translation are analyzed, the term coherence is defined, types of coherence are described, the comparative analysis of the coherence types in the source scientific text and target text is carried out, the results of representation of different coherence types of the target text in the source texts are presented.
