Statistical research of students’ relation to educational activity and rest in the light of health-saving

Innovative pedagogical technologies are designed to prepare the younger generation for professional activity so that university graduates were competitive and physically healthy people. The technology of formation of the multilevel generalized scientific portfolio develops ability to self-organization of different types of students' activity in general. In the article the research of opinions of the students forming a portfolio on the matter is conducted. Three groups of the questions which allowed to clear the relation of students to a problem of activity effective planning and economical use of time and also their relation to activity change are offered. In general, the students forming a portfolio rationally treat the organization of educational activity and rest. Therefore, the pedagogical technology of developing ability to self-organization of different types of students' activity by means of forming a portfolio is among health saving technologies.
