The future of any country lies in the hands of the younger generation. So young people (the population aged 14-29 years) should be considered as an object of national interests . Young people make up about one third of the population of working in Russia, and it is an active and employable part of the country.
One of the most actual problems of modern young is the successful employment of graduates, in particular agricultural universities . Annually, agricultural universities produce many professionals in different specialties , but in spite of this village are not enough qualified professionals. Why did the majority of graduates want to stay in the city? This is primarily due to the low assessment of the perspective for development of agriculture, also lack infrastructure in village and low salary.
Unemployment often leads to other social problems such as alcoholism, drug addiction, crime. Therefore it is necessary to employ young people immediately after graduation. For this in many universities of the country there is a department to promote the employment of graduates. This department organizes meetings with representatives of district administration.
A significant role is played by specialized student brigades in high school, attracting students for seasonal agricultural work.
The employment to graduates of agricultural universities assists Russian Union of Rural Youth (RURY). On his official website there is a section "vacancy of agriculture". If earlier information about vacancies is given by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, today information is sent from large agricultural enterprises too. Also with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation RURY created an electronic base of vacancies agriculture.
The main problem of every graduate is the disinclination of many managers to take the specialist without experience.
There are several solutions of the employment problems of graduates. First, it is necessary to create an agency that will not only inform about vacancies, but also will carry out the distribution and the employment of young professionals without experience. The second course is the legislative fixation as criterion for evaluating the universities activities of the university graduates employment on their specialty .
Also it is necessary:

1. Systematic analysis of the supply and demand for specialists with higher education using information about vacancy and appeals of graduates, job centers at universities;

2. Support of the contract conclusion between the university and companies in the city for internships and manufacturing practice for students;

3. Expansion and development of interaction patterns with the employment service education authorities , educational institutions for the implementation of specific measures aimed at improving the quality of vocational education.
