The study of the peculiarities of the style of pedagogical activity of primary school teachers, as well as its influence on the anxiety of grade schoolers, is relevant in the modern education system due to changing educational conditions, the uneven mental development of schoolchildren, and the emerging demands of society and the state to the teachers' activities. The article presents the experience of studying the specifics of the pedagogical style of activity of primary school teachers, depending on the teaching conditions in rural and urban schools, the experience of the teacher's pedagogical activity, qualification category. The characteristics of anxiety of primary school children, as well as their relationship with the teacher's leading style of pedagogical activity, were identified. The result of the study was the analysis and understanding of the positive and negative aspects of the impact of different pedagogical styles on the anxiety of grade schoolers.
