Strategic management of competitive development of the processing industry of the agricultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

An assessment of trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex processing industry in Kyrgyzstan is presented. The imbalances and factors of unbalanced development of the agricultural sector and the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex are identified. The goals and priorities of strategic management of agricultural sectors, in particular beet sugar production, are substantiated. Measures have been developed to improve state regulation of beet sugar production. The directions for establishing close integration and mutually beneficial ties between sugar factories and agricultural producers have been identified. The need to introduce digitalization and an accounting and reporting system in the agro-industrial complex is substantiated.
